Position Title: Production Scheduler
Production Scheduler Main Responsibilities:
- Development and deployment of a level loaded production plan.
- Establishes manufacturing plan which results in “best possible” use of resources to maximize asset utilization
- Correctly analyzes production capacity of manufacturing processes, equipment and human resource requirements needed to produce required products
- Plans operation manufacturing sequences in weekly time segments utilizing production labor standards
- Maintain, align, and communicate regularly with internal suppliers/customers and customer service on key order metrics as per their requirements-adjust activity as needed to improve
- Frequently compares current and anticipated orders with available inventory and creates replenishment plan
- Maintains master distribution schedule for the assigned facility, revises as needed and alerts appropriate staff of schedule changes or delays
- Participates in periodic forecasting meetings with sales, marketing, and customer service
- Leads or participates in planning and status meetings with production, shipping, purchasing, customer service and/or other related departments
- Follow all good manufacturing practices (GMPs)
- Answer phone calls, emails, or other company communications, fax, copy and file paperwork
Production Scheduler Key Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in manufacturing preferred/ /3 years in scheduling
- Resourceful and good problem solving skills
- Ability to make high pressure decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills including ERP, Excel, Word, MS Office
- Detailed and meticulous with good organizational skills
- Must be articulate, tactful and professional at all times
- Self-motivated individual
Wet Process/Plating Technician

Position Title: Wet Process/Plating Technician (3rd Shift-11:00PM to 7:30AM, Sunday through Friday)
Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading electroplating equipment
- Fastens circuit boards to racks and cathode bars
- Immerses work pieces in series of cleaning, plating and rinsing tanks, following timed cycles manually or using hoists
- Carries work pieces between departments through electroplating processes
- Sets temperature and maintains proper liquid levels in the plating tanks
- Removes work pieces from racks, and examines work pieces for plating defects, such as nodules, thin plating or burned plating
- Places work pieces on racks to be moved to next operation
- Check completed boards
- Drains solutions from, cleans and refills tanks; fills anode baskets as needed
- Removes buildup of plating metal from racks using chemical bath
Education and Experience:
- School diploma/GED required
- Good organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Ability to maintain a regular and reliable attendance record
- Must be able to work independently and learn quickly
- Organized, self-motivated, and action-oriented, with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and opportunities
- Prior plating experience a plus
Laminator Technician

Purpose:
Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:
- Layup cover lay
- Layup rigid flex
- Layup multilayer/CU core boards
- Oxide treat/cobra treatment of all layers/CU cores
- Shear flex layer edges
- Rout of machine panel edges and buff
- Remove oxide/cobra treatment (strip panels)
- Serialize panels
- Pre-tac Kapton windows on flex layers (bikini process)
- Layup Kapton bonds
- Prep materials: B-stage, Kapton, release sheet
- Breakdown: flex layers, and caps
- Power scrub: boards, layers, and caps
- Laminate insulators, stiffeners, and heatsinks
- Plasma cleans and dry flex layers B-stage (Dry)
- Booking layers and materials, ready for lamination process
- Other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Must have be a team player
- Must demonstrate the ability to read and write English and complete simple mathematical equations
- Must be able to follow strict policy and OSHA guidelines
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must have attention to detail
